About Me

I began my coaching journey as a certified special education teacher with over 35 years of experience  working with students (and parents) who have ADHD. I began to see a pattern of very smart people who had certain challenges that were getting in the way of progress, and I wanted to help them regain control and get the most out of life.  After receiving advanced coach training, I have been joyfully combining the two ever since.

As a certified ADHD coach, I work with adults, both young and old who are impacted by ADHD, and those who experience executive function challenges.  These can include difficulty in planning, prioritizing, organizing, time management, and screening out distractions. These challenges can create barriers to learning from past experiences,  following through with intentions, and overall achievement of life goals. I specialize in working with people who have these challenges but become overwhelmed and confused about how and where to begin.  My clients have a strong sense of self-awareness and desire to make changes that will improve their quality of life.

I work collaboratively with my clients so they feel empowered to set and achieve personal goals, identify strengths and learning styles, and gain a new perspective to move forward through whatever is getting in the way of their progress.  I  provide support, structure and accountability, while enhancing self-awareness and accessing intuitive skills.  My strong coaching presence, true compassion and healthy sense of humor enable me to make a genuine connection. My passion is working together with my clients and watching them soar to become their best selves!
